This policy explains what information Innolux Master collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. This page is maintained by the Innolux Master team; it is not an independent certification.

Information we collect

Account information: name, email, role (homeowner or pro), and the terms version you accepted at signup.
Project information: the details, photos, and messages you provide to describe and manage projects.
Provider profile: for pros, business name, service areas, credentials, and portfolio items you choose to publish.
Usage data: log data your browser or app sends, including IP address and interactions with the Service, used to keep the Service secure and reliable.

How we use it

To operate the Service — matching, bidding, messaging, milestones.
To send transactional emails (verification, resets, notifications you enabled).
To detect abuse and protect the safety of homeowners and pros.
To improve the product through aggregate, non-identifying analytics.

Sharing

We share project details with providers you invite or who are matched to your project. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, email, storage) to deliver the Service under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and dispute obligations. You can request deletion via Settings or the Contact page.

Your choices

Update or delete profile information from Settings.
Manage notification preferences from Settings → Notifications.
Request an export or deletion of your account data.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is controlled by row-level security policies so that project details and photos are visible only to invited providers and the project owner. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and enable notifications for account changes.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
