Terms of Service · Innolux Master

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Innolux Master (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This page is maintained by the Innolux Master team and may be updated from time to time; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal to you; do not share sign-in details.

2. Homeowner responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the project information you submit, including scope, budget, and photos. You agree to communicate through the Service and to review milestones in good faith.

3. Provider responsibilities

Providers must hold and maintain the licenses and insurance required for the work they offer. Providers agree to submit bids honestly, complete work to the standard represented, and use the Service's messaging and milestone tools.

4. Payments and escrow

When a bid is accepted, project funds are held in escrow and released against approved milestones. Fees, refunds, and dispute outcomes are described in your in-app receipts and in our published pricing page.

5. Prohibited conduct

Circumventing platform payments or messaging to complete transactions off-platform.
Uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
Attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Impersonating another person or organization.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you upload. You grant Innolux Master a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the Service, match your project with providers, and maintain the immutable activity log.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create a safety, legal, or payment risk to other users.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innolux Master is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Innolux Master's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
